What Aysha offers
Aysha comes from a line of healers and channelers and teaches yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork from her studio in Hackney, London. Her one-to-one sessions blend life coaching, yoga, breath-work, sound healing and Reiki around each client's needs, and she also runs Tantric workshops for couples and on-set wellness support for film and TV crews. Since 2020 she has also run The Wellness Sanctuary, a small guided-meditation gift shop, and more recently launched an online Dog Reiki training course.

Online Dog Reiki Training
A Level 1 online Dog Reiki course teaching owners to use Reiki with their dogs for bonding, calm and recovery support.
